Return Policy
Shipping, Return Pricing & Custom Order Policies
Many of the items on our web site store are from different venders with different lead times. All products have a suggested availability posted when you add the product to the shopping cart. 99% of our products are always "in stock". If there is any delay, you will be contacted immediately by phone or email. Please keep in mind, that orders placed after 1:00pm MST, may not be processed until the following day. Special custom orders - particularly special key orders for steel cable kits - may take longer than the availability time posted on the product.
If you are not satisfied with any product within 90 days, please call 303-670-8800 8:30a-4:30p MST for an RMA number to return your product. (For orders over $100, there will be a 20% restocking fee.)
Custom Orders are different. Custom orders can not be returned since they are ordered and built just for your organization. For custom orders, we urge customers to order a sample first.
For quantity orders of 50+ for any of our products, please call 303-670-8800 for pricing discounts. If you find any of our products offered for less somewhere else, please call us at 303-670-8800 before placing your order.
