LightGard detectors are a security device that can be used to protect virtually
any item on a 24 hour basis. LightGard hardwire detectors will operate with
any 12v alarm panel.

Simply mount a LightGard device near any item(s) you would like to protect.
Run a 4 conductor wire from the LightGard device to the alarm panel (just like
you would run a wire to a motion detector or audio glass break detector). Attach
up to 100 feet of fiber optic cable to the LightGard device. Loop the fiber optic cable
through the items to protect using security attachments if necessary. The LightGard
detector pulses a light through the fiber optic cable 24 hours a day. If a thief cuts
the fiber optic cable, cuts the wire to the LightGard detector, or attempts to tamper
with the LightGard detector, the detector is designed to send an alarm signal to
the alarm panel, set off a siren at the location, and dispatch authorities to the exact
location . The items are now protected from internal and external theft.

The largest application for LightGard has been to protect computers, but alarm dealers
have used the device to protect audio visual equipment, musical equipment, jet skis,
golf carts, sporting goods, expensive clothing, explosive bunkers, hospital equipment,
firearms, and even trees. The applications are only limited by your imagination.
